"Bring Your Child To Work" Day

Does your company have a special day set aside for staff to bring their children to the workplace? It's an opportunity for children to see where their mummies and daddies go to work. It's also an event where co-workers can socialise while their children discover what their parents do in their jobs.

Besides going on a tour of the workplace, the children are treated to an array of entertainment, fun activities, and party food and beverages!

I believe that companies that organise such Days for their staff have their employees' welfare at or near the top of their list of management processes.
