Video - Juggling with One Hand

One of the moves that jugglers do is known as the Fork. It's relevant to Ball Juggling and it looks like this:

Balance the ball on top of the first two fingers of one hand as shown.

An interesting juggle of two balls with one hand can be done using the Fork hold. Watch the video clip that I posted on Facebook, in which I show the Two-Ball Forked Exchange.
