The Way to excellence - it's through juggling

Recently in Singapore, there has been a revival in the call for businesses to improve their productivity, so that these businesses can remain competitive in the long-term. Improving business productivity isn't just about automating or using IT to "streamline" work processes. It's really about doing things differently to get to better outcomes.

Since the start of this year, I have coached groups of executives and managers on juggling. It's great that these working professionals are on quests to do things differently in their business units so that they can get to better outcomes. It's also great that my use of juggling is being factored into their pursuit of excellence!
