Flames at the Water's Edge

Here are 2 photos from a series in which I juggled fire-torches at an iconic landmark in Singapore. The photos were taken, earlier this year, by Willie Yeo who highlighted the interesting contrast of the flames and the sea water spouting from the Merlion's mouth.



The Merlion is close to the Singapore Central Business District, the buildings of which can be seen in the background.




I like this one! At the instance when the photo was snapped, the flames somehow formed the letter "J".
